For your expressions on Varanasi incidents:Your outbust shows your concern for our national safety. I am happy to see the spirit in you.One of your commentators had equated terrorist attacks with riots between two different communities, reminding Godhra incidents. If you probe riots in our Bharat deeply, you will know it is always started by Mohmeddans. By the time Hinudus regroup to retaliate, government will bring in its force to safeguard Mohmeddans. In Gujarat, it did NOT happen initially but afterwards, armed forces stood firm between the two and more than 300 Hindus also died in police firings. Godhra was also triggered by Mohmedddans only and Hindus had an opportunity to show that they also know how to return in the same coin. Even after the demolition of Babur memorial at Ayodhya, Mohmeddans only started riots. In the demolition of Babur memorial, no Mohmeddan had suffered but by the riots and serial blasts started by Mohmeddans, many innocent lives and properties were wiped out. Godhra should be seen as Hindus will also loose patience and do the same of what Mohmeddans always do. Once, Gandhiji himself has said that Mohmeddan is a bully. Terroirst attack is a cowardly act on innocents that should be seen from different perspective.
Now for your English rendering of that devotional stanza and Cyril's Tamiz version: Both are excellent! Cyril's interpretation as breaking the walls is also more apt though the original does NOT mean that.
Now about Sourashtrians. Centuries ago, a large section of Hindus from Sourashtra in Gujarath had to migrate to escape from the ruthless Mohmeddan viloence and to safeguard their faith and honour. They came deep south and settled comfortably at the hospitality of the locals. Likewise, Parsis had also come to Bharath to save themselves from the barbaric act of Arab Mohmeddans. Their motherland is Persia that is today's Iran. Having settled in Bharath, they are also our own people now. Similarly, Jews also came and settled in Bharath for safety. Bharath has always been a host to all people from different parts of the world. We have never hesitated to give shelter to anyone and that tradition continues till now by allowing Bangladesh Mohmeddans and also Pakistani Mohmeddans to settle down here at the cost of our own safety.
I have no hatred against Mohmeddans but I'm to remind ground realities to all of you. Personally, I have many friends among Mohmedddans and most of them agree to what I say in these matters.
I'm recording my views as requested by Sri Siva. My best wishes to him for all his endeavours.
